Free Shipping on the entiree website is offered, there is no minimum
Ground shipments only in the lower 48 contiguous United States.
Excludes oversized or overweight items such as oversized speakers, oversized cases, facades, trussing & staging. Other exclusions include fluids, some parts & special orders that may not be stocked directly by Pro Sound Gear
Items must be purchased at the regular MAP price to qualify.

If an item is returned for a refund that initially shipped for free, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit and the customer will receive the difference back as their refund.

Shipping Timeframes and Charges

Orders displaying “In stock” placed Monday through Friday before 3pm will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will ship on the next business day.

We will ship your order UPS, Federal Express, or USPS whichever is quickest and most cost effective. Depending upon where you reside, shipping options and weather conditions you will generally receive your order within 1-5 business days.

In order to expedite your order we may “Drop Ship” an item you purchase unless you specify otherwise. When we Drop Ship an item this means we will ship your order directly from a manufacturer or our affiliate warehouse that may be closer to your destination.

Once you have entered your order into the shopping cart online you can select shipping options of Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Shipment. The shipping charges for each will be listed for your convenience. Some products are considered Large, Bulk, or Heavy may require shipment via Common Carrier Freight truck in which our representatives will contact you for these shipping costs.

Free Shipping orders will be completed through UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Methods

Economy Ground Delivery (Free shipping)
You can expect delivery of most items within 1-6 business days of your order depending upon your destination address from our shipping point(s).

Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries may take slightly longer. You will be contacted to arrange for a convenient delivery time.

Signature Required

For your security, most orders over $300 will require a signature to complete the delivery. If you are unable to sign, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before they are unable to complete the delivery. We recommend contacting UPS directly and having held at the local UPS hub if you’re unable to sign for a package within the first 2 delivery attempts.

International Shipping

We ship internationally and help Consumers and Businesses overcome the obstacles associated with international E-Commerce shipments and orders. We ship to many countries and make sure your orders are processed and shipped timely.

Duties and Taxes

All International shipments are charged according to weight, size and destination. Our pricing will not include customs fees, tariffs or taxes, which may be charged depending upon your destination.

Customers are responsible for these fees upon delivery to your country regardless of the carrier selected for your shipment. In the event of questions regarding these fees you must contact the carrier directly as Pro Sound Gear has no control over fees that certain destinations may charge.

Returns or Refused orders: items returned to us due to the customer refusing the delivery or for items not permitted by a country by customs will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery point. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order he/she is placing in permitted in the country. Customer is responsible for items confiscated by customs and no credit will be issued.
