K.W.Doggett Fine Paper is Australia’s only independent, family owned paper merchant with offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.  We’ve been delivering innovative paper, packaging and label solutions for the last 40 years (that’s 280 dog years). 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor, to join our friendly team in Geebung.

The focus of the role is to ensure the company has the ability to support its growing customer base by providing excellent service to our clients.  Reporting to the State Manager – QLD you will provide leadership to the customer service and samples teams.

In this role you will support the sales team by providing prompt and efficient service to all stakeholders, liaise with management to provide our customers with high quality solutions and manage and motivate your team.

To be successful in this position you will be results oriented with a genuine desire to make a significant contribution to the overall performance of the business. Having had a minimum of three years supervisory experience you will be a commercially astute, highly motivated leader able to drive strategic priorities and continuous improvement in a small team. With demonstrated initiative in problem solving and follow through and excellent communication skills you will be well placed for success.

Sales Representative

Assertive and positive professional sales person sought for an interesting assignment.

We are a small, but very experienced sales group working, within the digital and offset print markets and have recently added high quality, reel fed ink-jet to our range of offerings in Melbourne.

We always deliver on-time and go to great lengths to ensure that quality and high levels of customer service are at the forefront of our thinking when handling customer work.

The successful applicant will be well paid and for this must have an existing customer base, a full and complete understanding of the modern print industry, be computer literate and, most importantly, a happy and positive outlook.  You must be able to demonstrate an ability to solve problems and advise customers as to the best, most ethical solution available.  Age, ethnicity or gender is of no consequence, a good work ethic is most important.  A printing industry background will be an advantage.

You will own a car and be prepared to deliver work to your customers should our couriers be unavailable.

The job is based close by Melbourne CBD and all applicants must have excellent English language skills and appropriate residency permits with Tax File Number to work in Australia.
